Harshly Punish Woman Who Beheaded Pets in a Drunken Rage

Target: Roger Price, Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Prosecutor

Goal: Ban woman who decapitated her own pet snakes from owning pets.

A woman is on trial for animal cruelty after she was found carrying the heads of her two pet snakes in her pocket with the snakes’ corpses draped around her like scarves. Jennifer Lampe, the owner of a 6-foot boa constrictor and a bull python, told the court that she killed the animals because she was about to be homeless and she feared that no one would take care of them. She recently pleaded guilty to causing unnecessary suffering to the snakes.

According to Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA) prosecutor Roger Price, Lampe consumed several beers as well as shots of hard liquor before committing the act. Lampe’s sister, who lived with her at the time, said that she became unstable after an argument and took a pair of kitchen scissors and a knife to her room. She later reportedly emerged from her room covered in blood, at which point her sister left the premises.

When police arrived, they found Lampe wearing the still-twitching body of her decapitated boa constrictor around her neck. The bull python was also beheaded, its corpse laying on the floor of her room. The court will soon decide on her sentence.

This type of blatant cruelty demonstrated a shocking lack of regard for the welfare of animals. In order to ensure this does not happen again, the woman must be rehabilitated for her alcohol use and banned from owning pets. Sign the petition below to ask the prosecutor to seek these punishments for Mrs. Lampe.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Mr. Price,

A woman recently plead guilty to animal cruelty after she decapitated her two pet snakes. Fearful that she would soon be homeless and that the snakes would go without care, 28-year-old Jennifer Lampe cut the heads off of the reptiles with a kitchen knife and a pair of scissors. When police found her, she was drunk and was wearing one of the snakes’ corpses draped around her like a scarf.

This brutal act resulted in the suffering and death of two innocent animals. In order to ensure this woman does not harm more animals, we ask that you seek to punish her harshly. We, the undersigned, ask that you seek to ban Mrs. Lampe from owning pets and ensure she attends a rehabilitation program for her alcohol use.

Sincerely,

  1. Amar Taggarh says:

Explain why you’re demanding her to be sent to rehab and not just jail. This is bullshit. Is it because of her sex? There is no excuse for her behaviour and I think you’re being too kind to this piece of human garbage. Send her to jail and let her suffer just as much as her so called pets did. No rehab for her, just jail. Sending her to rehab or saying she should be sent to rehab gives her an excuse for her crimes. Why would you be willing to provide her with an excuse?

  2. Roger Price, Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Prosecutor: Send this drunk ……… to jail where animal lovers there will take care of her… Mrs. LAMPE should have gone to rehab years ago. She was a drunk then and she knew it – why didn’t she go then?

  3. THE SAME TREATMENT FOR THIS KILLER NOW.

  4. She is devoid of humanity, her next victim will be a child if she is not locked up for good!

  5. This devil woman is devoid of humane feelings. Her drinking habits has escalated to beheading a living being. If she is not locked up for good, her next victim will be a child.
