Twenty-five year old Jessica Hampton sustained a knife wound to neck, killing her almost immediately. The attack occurred on a commuter train after she and her boyfriend, Arthur Jones, argued. Witnesses stated that Jones asked: “Do you want to have my child?” When she shook her head ‘no,’ he reportedly stabbed her.
Jones has been arrested and charged with murder, aggravated battery of a police officer and trying to disarm an officer. Sign below to demand the maximum penalty for the person convicted in this case.

Jessica Hampton died because she made a personal choice. Her boyfriend, Arthur Jones, reportedly stabbed her to death after they argued about having a child. Take a stand against domestic violence and enact the maximum penalty in this case.
Per witness accounts, Hampton and Jones argued extensively, prompting Hampton to move to another train car. Jones reportedly followed her and continued the argument, ultimately pulling out a knife and stabbing her several times. He then reportedly dragged her across the floor and stabbed her throat multiple times, killing her.
Domestic violence should never be tolerated. We demand the maximum sentence in this case.
