Thank Rescuers for Saving Abandoned Pit Bull

Target: Jackie O’Sullivan, Co-Founder and President Rescue Dogs Rock NYC

Goal: Thank the rescue team for going above and beyond to save an abandoned dog.

A 50-pound pit bull, now named Roxanne, was found roaming the streets of Columbia, South Carolina with a 6-pound chain wrapped extremely tight around her neck. She was homeless, sick, injured and seemingly about to give up, but that is when Rescue Dogs Rock NYC stepped in.

Rescue Dogs Rock NYC heard about Roxanne and couldn’t let her suffer anymore. The organization was able to obtain Roxanne, and the chain was taken off. The chain was wrapped so tightly around her neck that her head had swollen up. Taking the chain off was no easy task and was done using heavy duty bolt cutters. She was then rushed to surgery.

Despite all the troubles, Roxanne is recovering quite quickly. Sign this petition and thank the organization for going above and beyond to save this sweet dog.

Dear Ms. O’Sullivan,

Recently your organization, Rescue Dogs Rock NYC, went above and beyond to save a pit bull now named Roxanne. Roxanne was found roaming the streets in South Carolina with a 6-pound chain wrapped tightly around her neck. Hope seemed to be gone for Roxanne, but then you stepped in.

Your team quickly went into action to save Roxanne. She was obtained and the chain was taken off. It was no easy feat, but your team completed the task. Then Roxanne was rushed to surgery. Thankfully, Roxanne is now in recovery and is doing great.

Thank you and your team for going above and beyond to help Roxanne. It is really inspiring and uplifting to hear stories like this one. Please continue to save suffering dogs.

More jail time for abusers and we could reduce all violent crime and help prevent other crimes that have been statistically linked to these violent offenders, like drugs domestic violence and child abuse. Do not b naive and think this is this persons first offense. Check the crawl spaces and any rural are near this criminals home interview folks I will bet you thirty grand you will find this person guilty of other violent sadistic crimes. Protect the normal people I the community !
