Target: Bob Ferguson, Washington Attorney General
Goal: Harshly sentence woman for allegedly abusing puppies so badly that they can’t walk.
Two pit bull puppies reportedly suffered such extreme abuse that one was rendered unable to walk and both were suffering severely from mange. Their extensive injuries required over $9,000 dollars worth of medical treatment, according to reports. At just four months old, these puppies had suffered more than any living being should be subjected to, said the Animal Rescue League president.
An investigation led to the arrest of the owner, who has been charged with animal cruelty. While the puppies were rescued and are expected to survive, no one can erase the needless pain they were forced to endure for their entire lives. To inflict such suffering upon helpless animals like this is beyond cruel and sick. Sign this petition urging authorities to seek the most severe penalty possible when deciding on this woman’s punishment.
Dear Mr. Ferguson,
Two puppies were reportedly rescued after suffering from abuse that caused them severe damage. The 4-month-old animals had the mange and one can’t even walk.
We urge you to take a stand for these helpless, innocent animals and bring them justice by seeking the harshest penalty possible for the owner.
