Justice for Guinea Pig Allegedly Killed With Its Blood Used as Face Paint

Target: Bill Schuette, Michigan Attorney General

Goal: Seek the maximum sentence for students accused of killing a guinea pig and using its blood and remains as face paint.

A guinea pig was reportedly killed by at least 10 members of a high school lacrosse team who used the poor animal’s blood as face paint. Fellow students say the team members sacrificed the poor animal before a game. The police released a statement saying they’ll investigate, and the school only said that they’ll apply the “athletic handbook” depending on the results of the investigation.

This is a disgusting case of animal cruelty, and if the allegations are true, then these people could pose a serious threat to the well-being and lives of both animals and humans. These alleged violent animal killers could end up being let off the hook without having to pay for their heinous crime. That is why it’s important that we put pressure on the police department to ensure justice is served if the team members are found guilty.

Dear Mr. Schuette,

Members of a high school lacrosse team were accused of killing a guinea pig and using its blood and remains as face paint before a game. This heinous animal sacrifice must not be overlooked.

We urge you to take this violent display of animal cruelty seriously and seek the maximum sentence for these people, if found guilty.

  1. kill these killers now.

  2. Sick parents and coaches encouraging young serial killers.

  3. As a parent I would want those kids removed from school and given extensive mental health counciling right after they get out of jail or youth detention, wherever they spend their sentence for horrific abuse of a living creature. Then please make me aware as I do not want these moron kids visiting in my house where try to keep evil OUT!!!

  4. The death penalty is required for these POS. A slow and painful death is essential!!An eye for an eye!

  5. If these perpetrators are not brought to severe and SWIFT incarceration and hopefully entered into animal abuse registry then you as a prosecutor has woefully failed in your position to uphold the law which we as citizens demand!!

  6. Kathleen McGullam says:

This is just cruelty. I have a pet guinea pig and I had them since I was a child. They are sweet and feel pain. Have people become so unfeeling and uncompassionate that they need to hurt a tiny and innocent animal and not even care. So, so sad.

  7. Mihir Faujdar says:

I feel disgusted about this unbelievable murder of an innocent guinea pig. These insane criminals have gone beyond animal cruelty. Guinea pigs arent just animals, they are gentle souls that love their owners the most. I know this because i personally had two loving guinea pigs who are now in a better place. I confidentally signed this petition to seek justice.

  8. Alice Knight says:

You should be ashamed of yourselves! The coaches, teachers and principal for allowing such an act to occur. The students should be banned from the lacrosse team and suspended from school as well as given prison time just to set the example of what will occur if anyone chooses this any act of animal cruelty again. The coach and the principal should be fired . This is not the way to teach in any capacity. This is such a barbaric act. It’s time to grow up and start living like a compassionate, intelligent human. This act of animal violence can very well follow all of you when or if you decide to apply to colleges or universities. As well as employment opportunities.
    Good Luck.
