Target: Ken Paxton, Texas Attorney General
Goal: Seek maximum punishment for former professional athlete accused of assaulting and threatening to kill woman.
A former Cleveland Brown’s quarterback was charged with family violence assault after he allegedly hit his ex-girlfriend several times, forced her into a vehicle and threatened to kill her and himself. The violent outburst left the victim with a ruptured eardrum, according to her attorney.
In his mug shot, Johnny Manziel appears to be smirking, as if what he did to his ex-girlfriend is funny. Despite allegedly beating a woman and threatening to kill her, Manziel only faces a year in jail, if convicted. His violent behavior needs to be taken seriously before this dangerous man hurts or kills someone.
It’s no surprise that it’s a growing trend among professional athletes to abuse, rape, and kill, with so few of them being punished. That’s why it’s imperative to demand that authorities set an example with this case and seek the maximum penalty for Johnny Manziel, if found guilty of this heinous violence. Sign to demand that justice be done.

This type of disgusting behavior has run rampant among the professional athlete community for far too long. The violence rates wouldn’t be so high if these people were appropriately punished. We demand that you help set an example with this case and seek the maximum sentence possible for Johnny Manziel, if guilty.
