Target: Tim McInerny, Deputy District Attorney
Goal: Ensure maximum sentence for former NFL star who allegedly raped a disabled woman.
Dana Stubblefield, a former 49ers football player and Super Bowl champion, has been charged with raping a disabled woman. The victim reportedly went to Stubblefield’s home for a babysitting job interview, but after she left he texted her to come back only to carry her to a room where he raped and forced her to perform oral copulation. The victim went straight to the police where a DNA kit matched the DNA evidence to Stubblefield.
Stubblefield faces five felony charges, but as the world has seen before, famous athletes have a tendency to be let off the hook when it comes to sexual assault. That means that this poor victim might not get the justice she deserves. Please sign this petition to demand that this rapist be given the most severe sentence possible, if guilty.
Dear Mr. McInerny,
A disabled woman was reportedly raped by former NFL star Dana Stubblefield. Stubblefield texted the woman after she left from an interview at his house, convincing her to come back. That’s when he raped her, according to reports.
This disabled woman was vulnerable and probably unsuspecting of Stubblefield as a predator. We urge you to ensure that this woman gets the justice she deserves by making sure Stubblefield is given the maximum sentence, if guilty.
