Men Who Stomped and Threw Dog Down Stairs Must be Locked Away

Target: David Cameron, Prime Minister of United Kingdom

Goal: Intervene to increase the measly sentence for two men who brutally tortured dog on film.

A video shows a helpless bulldog named Baby being repeatedly tortured while her tormentors ask if they should make the dog “scream more.” The dog is seen being head-butted and thrown repeatedly down stairs. The dog is also thrown against a wall, and at one point, a man stomps and jumps viciously on her head. The poor animal lost the use of her legs and survived only three months after the torture before having to be put down.

Andrew Frankish, a 22-year-old man, and an unnamed man were tracked down by the RSPCA and arrested for the torture of the dog, after the memory card from their phone that contained the video was found at a supermarket. The RSPCA did a great job tracking the cruel men down and seeing to it that they’re banned from having animals for life. However, their jail punishment was a measly 21 weeks along with small fines. This short duration in jail cannot possibly be enough punishment to the people that so gleefully tortured an innocent, helpless living being.

Dear Mr. Cameron,

A dog named Baby was seen in a video being viciously tortured and repeatedly thrown down stairs. At one point in the video, a man stomps the dog’s head. The poor animal suffered horribly, but the abusers were only sentenced to 21 weeks in jail.

The video shows how much the men enjoy the pure torment of this animal, and a short jail sentence will not rehabilitate them or keep them from performing these sick acts on another living being. We urge you to help ensure that these abusers are given a lengthier, harsher sentence.

  1. I think someone should find these bastards, and torture them and make them suffer twice as much. And finally they should kill them. They won’t do any good to this society. Clearly they are sick and the world is going to be better without them. They deserve no compassion.

  2. Liz Gonzalez says:

These bastards shouldn’t even be breathing!!!!

  3. Kristina Marttinen says:

Thank God I found this petition and signed it, I saw the video clip a few days ago and it has haunted me ever since, it was about the cruelest thing I`ve ever seen. I needed to know that those morons didn`t go unpunished. I sincerely hope that yr actions will succeed and I can have piece in my mind.

  4. Please dont call them “men”. They are far from it. Say it like it is, like they are…….bastards. I wish “an eye for an eye” was a law. You can bet that crime sure would take a steep drop.

  5. I hope “someone” finds these 2 & does the same to them. I know someone out there would do it…………

  6. There must be severe punishment for these scumbags. Justice must be seen to be carried out to despicable perpetrators if we have any chance of putting a stop to these cruel acts being inflicted on all innocent, helpless and vulnerable animals. This despicable Frankish low life and his accomplice must pay the consequences for their cowardly act of cruelty. Mr. Cameron, ensure that these and other abusers are severely punished for their appalling acts of cruelty. Action is needed NOW!

  8. Here’s an alternate route proposal. I will personally send them two ONE WAY tickets to the US for a highly personalized “cruelty exposure therapy”intervention.

Guaranteed they won’t ever torture another animal. Might not be able to feed themselves again either.

  9. Alice Knight says:

I cannot comprehend how or why people do such despicable acts towards animals. These two individuals deserve more than three weeks of jail time. This trifle of a sentence is setting a precedence to them and to anyone else having the audacity to commit any crime against an animal. Mr. Cameron I believe it would be advantageous for you to intervene in this case and make it right!
