Dear : Salar Kamangar, CEO of YouTube and Senior Vice President of Video at Google,
I’m writing to you,–regarding high levels of copyfraud on YouTube. YouTube’s Content ID system has been abused by copyright trolls; and other content-owners. Many users had their accounts wrongfully terminated for claims of copyright infringement; but these claims are fraudulent. Many of these users were frustrated because, their legitimate videos with their own music, sound-effects, and other content what they created themselves were most likely to be fraudulently claimed by these copyright-owners who were gaming the system. Big companies has been hiding their fraudulent activities.
YouTube’s content ID has been abused by big corporations. Such as creating “sock-puppet” copyright-owners to fraudulently claim copyright on music, videos, art, and other content that were in the public domain. NOT even 1 user, company, or any other company has been punished for this unlawful; deceptive, and fraudulent schemes. This is known as ‘commercial copyfraud’.
I’ve asked you to demand YouTube to stop copyfraud, and punish all copyright trolls for their fraudulent activities.
