Punish People for Allegedly Starving Dog to Death

Neglected-Dog-By-Manhhai

Target: William West, Cumberland County District Attorney

Goal: Prosecute people who allegedly starved dogs and allowed one animal to suffer and die.

One dog allegedly starved to death and another dog was supposedly found without food or water inside a crate. We need to insist that anyone found guilty of abusing these animals is legally punished in order to better ensure that other dogs will be safe.

Police were dispatched to a residence after they received a call from a citizen claiming that an animal was in distress. After arriving at the residence of Frankie Lynn Barker and Danielle Elizabeth Durocher, officials left a warning on the door stating they had 24 hours to contact authorities. Upon no communication, police returned the next day to reportedly find one dog in a crate with no food or water and another dog dead. A local veterinarian stated that the cause of death was starvation.

While Barker and Durocher have both been brought up on felony charges and are being held on a $10,000 bond, their fate has yet to be decided. Urge the district attorney to suggest that these people be given a harsh sentence under law if they are found guilty of neglecting these innocent animals. No dog deserves to die at the hands of neglectful owners.

PETTION LETTER:

Dear District Attorney West,

According to reports, one dog was found dead and another dog was witnessed starving in a crate at a local residence. It is important that anyone found guilty of committing such blatant acts of animal cruelty be given a harsh legal sentence in order to better ensure that other animals will be less likely to endure such neglect.

Police posted a notice on Frankie Lynn Barker’s and Danielle Elizabeth Durocher’s door giving them 24 hours to contact authorities about the issue. After receiving no contact, police came back the next day and reported finding a dog left alone in a crate with no food or water and another dog deceased. The cause of death was thought to be starvation.

Barker and Durocher have both been brought up on felony animal cruelty charges and are being held on a $10,000 bond. We urge you to suggest that they receive a harsh legal sentence if they are found guilty of having mistreated these animals. Animal abusers should be punished to the fullest extent of the law to better ensure that they will be more hesitant about committing such heinous and disgusting acts towards other innocent creatures.

Sincerely,

In addition they should do mandatory YEARS IN PRISON. (getting violated). Make examples of these ppl until the crime stops. May i suggest genital removal for some as well? Results guaranteed. Men dont wanna lose that sad pc of meat. So take it.
