Justice for Teen Allegedly Raped by Millionaire Who Says He “Fell on Her”

March-Against-Rape-Culture-and-Gender-Inequality-by-Chase-Carter

Target: Southwark Crown Court Judge Martin Griffiths

Goal: Ensure a fair re-trial in the case of a millionaire that was cleared of rape charges after claiming he slipped and penetrated teenager.

A Saudi millionaire who was accused of raping a teenager in the U.K. claimed he slipped and fell, causing his penis to possibly penetrate her. He was acquitted by a jury, who reportedly arrived at their decision after only 30 minutes of deliberation. “I’m fragile; I fell down, but nothing ever happened between me and this girl. Nothing ever happened,” 46-year-old Ehsan Abdulaziz reportedly said.

After the alleged victim told police she woke up to Abdulaziz kissing and raping her, he claimed that she had pulled him on top of her and placed his hand at her crotch, but he changed his story for court, saying he fell on top of her. The difference two stories, which greatly differ from one another, make it seem as though he lied. Furthermore, the ridiculous excuse that he fell and his penis just happened to land directly in the victim’s vagina does not sound believable.

It’s virtually impossible for an outrageous accident like this to happen. The jury only succeeded in creating a dangerous increase in rape culture by setting a possible rapist loose. If he’s guilty, then he probably feels invincible now and that increases the chances of more rape. Demand a new, honest, fair, and unbiased trial be set to allow this disgusting injustice to be reversed.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Judge Griffiths,

A millionaire accused of raping a teenager was acquitted on his excuse that he slipped and his penis happened to land inside the alleged victim’s vagina. This is a virtually impossible scenario and we’re appalled that you allowed a possible rapist to be acquitted with such an outrageous excuse. Since it seems unlikely an entire jury could fall for such stories, we’re concerned that the decision was not made with consideration to all the information provided.

This acquittal appears to be a tragic injustice that perpetuates rape culture and supports rapists. A rapist who can be cleared by using ridiculous excuses will continue to hurt more people, and the jury involved in his acquittal will be responsible for the victims’ pain and suffering. Please do the right thing and aim for a new, honest and ethical trial.

Sincerely,

Better get used to it, many of the wealthy and cultures coming in among st us care less about women and consider them chattel from the middle ages. wake up!
If it were myself or someone I loved would be waiting when he got out…and he would not do it again! That is if family did not beat be to it.
