Target: David Hollister, Plumas County District Attorney
Goal: Seek justice for dead children found in a storage unit.
The bodies of two children, one 3 and one 5, were found in a storage unit in Redding, California. Police have already arrested Tami Joy Huntsman and Gonzalo Curiel and charged them with felony child abuse, mayhem and torture. CNN reports that the two could now face murder charges.
Police discovered the bodies while investigating reports of child abuse to a third victim, who is alive and hospitalized. It is reported that the deceased are siblings, but CNN did not reveal if the children are Huntsman’s or Curiel’s relationship to Huntsman.
This grizzly crime cannot go unpunished, and while the facts are still being collected via police investigation and autopsies, it’s not too early to encourage the Plumas County District Attorney to seek prosecution of the charged to the fullest extent of the law.
Dear District Attorney Hollister,
I am writing to encourage you to prosecute Tami Joy Huntsman and Gonzalo Curiel to the fullest extent of the law, if found guilty. I realize that murder investigations are ongoing and that the two have only been charged at this time with felony child abuse, mayhem and torture, but to find two dead children in a storage unit is something of which horror movies are made.
I cannot imagine the terror these children experienced at the alleged hands of Huntsman and Curiel, not to mention the third child currently hospitalized. Please ensure that this investigation is thorough, with no stone unturned, and if the evidence points in Huntsman and Curiel’s direction, please ensure that these monsters never see the light of day again.
We must seek justice for the alleged torture and murder of these innocent angels.
