Prosecute Secret Service Agent for Allegedly Soliciting Underage Sex

Target: Chief Justice Leonard P. Stark, Delaware District Court

Goal: Investigate and prosecute secret service agent for soliciting underage sex.

A White House Secret Service agent turned himself in for allegedly soliciting sex from whom he believed to be a 14-year-old girl. Agent Lee Robert Moore had been chatting online with a Delaware State Police detective posing as the teen since August. Alongside messaging about sex on two separate websites, Meet24 and Kik, Moore also sent the “teen” naked pictures of himself and suggested they meet to copulate. It is reported that Moore turned himself in on Thursday and waived his Miranda rights.

Demand the Delaware District Court fully investigate the allegations against Moore and prosecute him accordingly if warranted.

Your Honor,

It is appalling to learn of the allegations against and arrest of U.S. Secret Service Agent Lee Robert Moore. To think that one of our nation’s security agents was apparently soliciting sex from a teenage girl is unthinkable.

It is being reported that Agent Moore is cooperating with authorities and even waived his Miranda rights. While this is a step in the right direction, I don’t believe Agent Moore should be given any leeway. This man allegedly sent nude pictures of himself to a detective posing as a 14-year-old girl and requested she meet him to have sex.

You must investigate this matter fully and prosecute Lee Robert Moore if warranted.
