Target: Chief of the Chillicothe, Ohio Police Department Keith Washburn
Goal: Identify the killer of four women and bring them to justice.
Six women have gone missing in the town of Chillicothe, Ohio since May of last year, four of which have been found dead, and no suspect has yet been found by authorities and no one has been charged or prosecuted. Another woman’s body was recently found hanging from a chain-linked fence. The body was initially dismissed as a Halloween decoration until a neighbor approached it for a closer look. Autopsy has shown that the woman, identified as Chillicothe local Rebecca Cade, died from blunt force trauma to the head and neck.
Police have claimed that the woman’s death was unrelated to the other cases, and a suspect in that woman’s death has been identified and arrested for prosecution. The mothers of the missing and murdered women have come together in mourning and grief to support each other as well as find the possible serial killer connected to all of their disappearances. Despite the lack of found connection between Cade’s murder and the other disappearances, the families have gathered together to provide their condolences to the family.
Sign this petition to ensure that the Chillicothe Police Department identifies the killer of these women and discovers the whereabouts of the still missing women.
Dear Police Chief Washburn,
A series of tragic disappearances and killings have occurred in the town of Chillicothe in the past year and a half with over six women going missing and four of them being found dead nearby. Another woman was recently found dead in Chillicothe after being mistaken for a Halloween decoration hanging from a chain-linked fence. The local woman, identified as Rebecca Cade, died of blunt force trauma to the neck and head according to autopsy.
Police found and apprehended a suspect in Cade’s death, and have stated that her death was not related to the other missing and killed women in the area. However, families of the other local victims have come together to console Cade’s family, who in turn is working with the mothers of the missing and murdered to find their killer, abductor, or in some cases both. I am asking you to help them in every way you can to track down the perpetrators of these crimes in order to provide closure to families that have lost loved ones, or for even the possibility of finding these missing persons alive.
