Target: Oklahoma Attorney General Scott Pruitt

Goal: Charge under the full extent of the law the woman who allegedly killed four people and injured 51 after driving into a crowd at the Oklahoma State University homecoming parade while under the influence.

Adacia Chambers is accused of killing four people, including a 2-year-old boy, while driving into a crowd at the Oklahoma State University homecoming parade while driving under the influence.

A total of 51 people, including 12 children, were injured in the crash, with five adults in critical condition and six children still in hospital care. Chambers allegedly hit an unmanned police motorcycle and then continued to drive into the crowd that was gathered to celebrate the parade.

Chambers supposedly had no reaction when she was told that she killed four people. Three of the four victims were members of the Ohio State University family.

Driving while under the influence is a disgusting crime that must come with severe repercussions, especially in these modern times where there is absolutely no excuse for it. Urge officials to charge Adacia Chambers under the full extent of the law if she is found to have committed this heinous crime.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Attorney General Pruitt,

When most people think of DUIs, they imagine expensive court fees and the mark it will have on their records. Unfortunately, a certain alleged DUI has much more dire consequences. Adacia Chambers is accused of killing four people, including a 2-year-old boy, while driving into a crowd at the Oklahoma State University homecoming parade while driving under the influence.

This is a devastating tragedy for OSU that should not have occurred. Another person’s alleged recklessness caused dozens to be injured and for some, including a child, to lose their lives. I urge you to charge Adacia Chambers under the full extent of the law if she is found to have committed this fatal DUI.

Sincerely,

This didn’t happen in Ohio. It was in Oklahoma. You should really make sure you have all your facts straight before starting a petition.
