Justice for Woman Forced to Witness Masturbating Man on Subway

Man-Masturbates-On-Train-by-WritininBK

Target: New York Police Department Chief of Transit Joe Fox

Goal: Reprimand conductor who failed to help woman who was followed by masturbating man.

A woman was on a subway when she allegedly caught a man staring at her with his genitals exposed and masturbating. She took photos of the pervert and posted them to Instagram.

The unfortunate young woman who became a victim of this sick man’s sexual misbehavior went to the conductor to report the incident, but s says he appeared put-off and annoyed over the issue. The victim says the uninterested conductor told her to just go upstairs to the booth and report it, but his advice only put her life in danger as the pervert began following her as she went. To escape the pervert, she had no choice but to get on the next train she could find.

Although the pervert’s face can be seen clearly in the photos, whether or not police were looking for him or have arrested him has not even been mentioned. Perhaps if the conductor had cared enough about her safety to help, her life wouldn’t have been risked, she wouldn’t have had to switch trains, and maybe the pervert wouldn’t have been able to follow her.

It seems the conductor failed to do his job and thanks to him the woman who’d already been forced to endure public lewdness was put in great danger. The pervert who allegedly followed her could’ve easily raped or killed her. The chief of transit says an investigation will be conducted. Please urge him to do everything possible to make sure the conductor who allegedly helped endanger a life is reprimanded.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Chief of Transit Joe Fox,

A woman on a subway allegedly saw a man staring at her while masturbating. She took photos of the incident and told the conductor, who she says seemed annoyed with her and uninterested, so he sent her to a booth to report it. While leaving to report the incident there, as she was told to do, the pervert allegedly began following her.

This careless attitude and failure to help protect passengers could’ve cost this poor victim her life. That is why we urge you to reprimand the conductor for not doing his job, if he’s found guilty of putting her in danger during the investigation.

Sincerely,
