Justice for Woman and Child Killed in Drive-By Shooting

Bullets-by-David-Stillman

Target: Charlotte, North Carolina District Attorney R. Andrew Murray

Goal: Ensure the maximum penalty for the person guilty of drive-by shooting that killed two and injured three.

A 7-year-old boy and a woman were shot and killed in what police believe was a drive-by shooting. The victims were outside of a home celebrating a birthday party when the shooting broke out, leaving the poor boy and woman dead and others injured. This is the third deadly shooting to occur over the weekend in Charlotte, North Carolina.

So far, investigators haven’t been able to make any sense of this violent tragedy, so the killer is still on the loose and endangering the public. Although those who were not killed suffered non-life-threatening injuries, these poor victims will suffer from the devastating event for the rest of their lives.

Someone deranged and heartless enough to drive by and shoot innocent people at a birthday party is not capable of living among the rest of society without putting people’s lives in danger. Justice must be sought for the horrific, senseless killings so please urge the district attorney to ensure the heartless killer receives the most appropriate, severe penalty when captured.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Charlotte, North Carolina District Attorney R. Andrew Murray,

Two innocent lives–a 7-year-old’s and a woman’s–were violently stolen, and three others injured, while celebrating a birthday party. Investigators believe the acts of violence were the result of a drive-by shooting. This puts the murder number in Charlotte, North Carolina at three just over the weekend.

Drastic measures must be taken to ensure the senseless violent crimes are halted. Please help make that happen by seeking the appropriate, maximum punishment possible when this heartless killer is found.

Sincerely,

    Get rid of guns. Simple.

    • Frank Staples says:

Very simple…you want mine? Come and try to get them. I’m a law abiding American and taking my guns will not solve any crime or keep criminals from having them. So my offer stands…if you think you’re man enough then come and try!! PERIOD!! as our liar in chief would say.

    • Agreed! The answer is that simple. Unfortunately, we are under the tyranny of the NRA and the paranoia of so many gun owners who continue to confuse the issue of gun control laws with the delusion of “taking away all their guns.”

  2. Unfortunately, millions of uneducated Americans are in denial of the REAL problem – i.e. easy access to guns for practically everyone. It’s actually an embarrassment (and something to be ashamed of) when compared to other industrialized nations. There’s a reason why the United States has more gun related deaths than any other western country, but then again … a good majority of Americans aren’t aren’t as educated as people in other nations. I’m so sad for this family and the hundreds of thousands of other families who have lost loved ones to gun violence.

It’s very old problem in USA as they think that people are an angels…but sadly said they are not! They are as the others animals on this earth and they behave like that…
I think there gona be very much death people in the USA yet than they will realize that guns don’t belong to them at all!
