Target: Gwinnett County, Georgia District Attorney Danny Porter
Goal: Seek maximum punishment for brothers who allegedly tried killing their parents.
Two young men allegedly tried killing their parents in their own home, but the father was reportedly able to distract them long enough for their mother to call police on her 22-year-old and 17-year-old sons. When the line went silent, police went to the home where they detected strong gas odors and found both parents severely injured and bleeding. The parents were hospitalized, and their condition remains unknown.
Police arrested the brothers and they were charged with assault with a deadly weapon and arson in the first degree with intent to endanger human life. Judging by their charges, they intended to kill their parents in cold blood.
This sick attempt at murdering their parents should earn the two brothers the most severe punishment the law can allow. Assaulting your own parents is terrible enough, much less trying to murder them. Urge the district attorney to seek the maximum punishment for these two brothers, and hopefully try the 17-year-old as an adult since he’s of age to be considered one in the state the alleged crime was committed in.
Dear Gwinnett County, Georgia District Attorney Danny Porter,
Two brothers allegedly assaulted and attempted to murder their own parents, but were stopped when their father distracted them long enough for their mother to call police. The parents were severely injured, bleeding, and had to be hospitalized due to the injuries they received when their own children tried taking their lives.
Two young men trying to murder their own parents are cold-hearted people. Please protect the parents from any further harm and devastation by seeking the most severe penalty possible for the brothers who tried killing the very people who gave them life.
