Target: Thailand National Police Chief Somyot Pumpanmuang
Goal: Utilize all resources to find the person responsible for deadly Bangkok bombing.
According to Thai police, at least 22 people were killed and 140 wounded in a bombing at the Erawan Shrine in Bangkok, a popular place of worship and tourist attraction. Dash cam footage that shows the horrific blast was released as police ask for the public’s help in identifying a man who can be seen in the video. National Police Chief Somyot Pumpanmuang stated that they had previously been warned of possible attacks.
What police haven’t done, however, is announce who they believe could be responsible for this deplorable attack and no one has came forward to claim responsibility so far. This attack was intended to kill as many as possible right in a place of worship. Whoever is responsible for this should be punished to the most severe extent possible.
Unfortunately, the more time goes by without a suspect, the harder it will be for authorities to find the person/group responsible. That is why it’s imperative that we urge the Police Chief to utilize all available resources to focus on finding whoever is behind this gruesome attack so that they can be captured and punished accordingly.
Dear National police Chief Somyot Pumpanmuang,
Innocent civilians were killed in a gruesome bombing attack at a shrine in Bangkok Monday. The Bangkok civilians will not be able to rest peacefully until the bomber(s) are captured. The poor lives lost in this tragedy deserve justice as soon as possible.
This senseless act of hate and terrorism must not be allowed to go unpunished. That’s why we urge you to do everything in your power to assist in making sure whoever is responsible for the horrific attack is captured before any more lives can be taken, and so that the sick criminals can receive the severe punishment they deserve.
