Target: Maricopa County, Phoenix, Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich
Goal: Ensure man who reportedly stabbed and decapitated wife and dogs is never released into society again.
A 43-year-old man allegedly stabbed and decapitated his wife and their two dogs. He was reportedly taken into custody following his release from the hospital after cutting off his hand and gouging an eye out. Reports say he spent a decade in a mental hospital after stabbing a relative, but was released because his disease was believed to be in remission.
Police said he claimed he was removing the evil in his wife. According to news outlets, the man accused of decapitating his wife and two dogs howled like a wild animal when a prosecutor told him what he’d allegedly done.
His court appearance is said to be scheduled for Friday. Under no circumstances should he ever be set free from prison after committing such heinous crimes. He’s a danger to society and shouldn’t have been released from the mental hospital the first time he committed a violent crime. With that said, please help bring the victims justice and protect society by urging the Attorney General to ensure this man receives a life stay in the appropriate institution.
Dear Attorney General Mark Brnovich,
A Phoenix man recently released from a mental hospital reportedly decapitated and stabbed his wife and dogs before cutting off his hand and gouging his eye out. It’s clear this man is a severe threat to society and himself.
Had this violent person been kept in a facility that treated his mental illness or punished his violent crimes instead of being set free, the gruesome tragedies wouldn’t have occurred. We urge you to utilize all available resources to ensure that this man, if guilty, is never released into society again.
