Target: McLennan County District Attorney
Goal: Prosecute owner of Twin Peaks restaurant for encouraging rival biker gangs to be in the same place.
A deadly collision between rival biker gangs in Texas lead to nine people dying and at least seventeen being injured. According to reports, the gangs were all at Twin Peaks restaurant in Waco, Texas when a fight broke out in the restroom. What started as a fist fight evolved into a knife fight.
The fight eventually moved out to the parking lot and that’s where things turned deadly. The bikers began shooting and police, who were already there because violence was anticipated, returned fire.
Twin Peaks restaurant hosts bike nights and allegedly encourages rival biker gangs to come to the restaurant. If management refused to let in a rival gang this violence could perhaps have been avoided. Encourage the McLennan County DA’s office to press charges.
Dear McLennan County District Attorney,
Nine are dead after rival biker gangs open-fired outside of a Twin Peaks restaurant in Waco. Police say that the restaurant encourages rival biker gangs to be at the same place at the same time by having bike nights. Management could have refused to allow a biker gang into the restaurant because a rival gang was already there. However, they didn’t and that decision had a deadly effect.
We the undersigned urge you to press charges against Twin Peaks restaurant for allowing rival gangs into their establishment knowing that it compromised the safety of those already there.
