Target: Kim Jong Un
Demand: Stop executing officials simply because they disagree with you.
A recent report by a South Korean lawmaker has claimed that North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has executed 15 officials so far this year. This information has allegedly been collected by the South Korean National Intelligence Service.
According to his claims, an official in the Ministry of Forestry was executed because he did not agree with some of the country’s forestry policies. The report also states that the vice chairman of the state planning commission was executed because he disagreed with the design of a building.
Apparently Kim Jong Un is taking any disagreement with his own ideas as a challenge to his authority and he’s not hesitating to use the death penalty.
Dear Kim Jung Un,
A lawmaker has recently come forward saying that you have executed 15 officials so far in 2015. The reason for the executions, as reported, is that these people disagreed with you.
People are entitled to their own opinion and to rob them of that is nothing short of tyranny. We the undersigned urge you to stop executing people simply because of difference of opinion.
