Target: Midland County, Texas District Attorney Teresa J. Clingman
Demand: Punish Ernesto Aranda Jr. to the fullest extent of the law if he is found guilty.
Ernesto Aranda Jr. was arrested last week in Midland, Texas for animal cruelty. In the morning of Thursday, April 16, witnesses called police after seeing him allegedly throwing dogs into oncoming downtown traffic. Apparently there were two dogs thrown, one of them a puppy. The police department said that “A witness on scene told officers the man threw this little one into the back windshield of their vehicle.”
Apparently the puppy was rescued and has been adopted by a police officer. Unfortunately the older dog was not found.
Ernesto Aranda Jr. deserves every bit of punishment for his alleged cruel treatment of these innocent dogs. If found guilty, demand he be given the maximum penalty.
