Punish Shelter Employee for Violent Killing of Puppies

Target: Hangzhou City Administration and Law Enforcement Bureau

Goal: Ensure the shelter employee who violently killed seven puppies receives adequate punishment for his actions

Recently, pictures have surfaced showing an employee of a Hangzhou animal shelter violently killing seven newborn puppies. The pictures show the man lifting the puppies one by one and violently throwing their frail bodies onto the hard pavement with tremendous force. Some of these puppies were so young, they were unable to open their eyes. This case of animal brutality has sparked outrage among several social media sites. However, there is barely any justice being served. The man responsible for the deaths of these puppies was simply discharged from the animal shelter.

The employee was tasked with the job of euthanizing the puppies and their mother, who was sent to the shelter because she had become more aggressive after giving birth. He failed to follow the procedure and threw the puppies to death for his own convenience. The only repercussion he received was that he lost his job at the shelter. His punishment doesn’t even begin to fit the sickening act of brutality he committed.

If the mother of these puppies was sent to be put down for becoming aggressive and biting people, why should the shelter employee be able to walk away after killing seven innocent puppies? Sign this petition and demand a more severe punishment that would fit this sick act of animal brutality.

Dear Hangzhou City Administration and Law Enforcement Bureau,

A recent picture of a shelter employed killing seven newborn puppies by throwing them on the ground with tremendous force has caused outrage on many social media sites. I must admit that I am also completely appalled and outraged at the way the employee dealt with these puppies and the mildness of the man’s punishment. For his act of animal brutality, the only consequence he suffered was that he lost his job at the shelter. These puppies suffered a violent death and the employee’s punishment certainly did not fit the crime.

I understand that there have been numerous cases of extreme animal brutality in China. The fact that it still continues to be an issue causes me to wonder if the severity of the punishments have anything to do with it. There need to be more severe punishments for those who commit acts of brutality against animals.

  1. David Beskind says:

If we don’t work together to strengthen and enforce animal abuse laws worldwide, we’ll be living in an increasingly cold and violent reality for all. Society must get tough on abusers and treat this crime as the serious problem it truly is.

  2. This is beyond the most cruelest act that a poor excause of a MF SOB could ever do. These idots should get the maximum sentence and never ever be able to work with animals and seriously rot in a jail cell and never see the light of day.!!!!!!!! One word BASTEREDS.

  3. anyone who kills puppies or any animal should be sent to JAIL for a long time !!

  4. This man should be thrown off the top of the tallest building around so he can get some of his own treatment as he hits the pavement
