Lift the Unfair Ban on Abortion Care For Women in the Military
Military servicewomen are twice as likely as civilians to be sexually assaulted, and yet they are the only recipients of federal health care who are banned from receiving health coverage for abortion in the case of rape. This is an injustice and an insult to our women in uniform. Tell the U.S. Senate to end this unfair ban and give our servicewomen equal abortion rights.
End the Rape and Torture of Innocent Women in Ecuadoran Ex-Lesbian Clinics
Every day in Ecuador, women are raped, beaten, humiliated and starved because of their sexual orientation. In ex-lesbian clinics across the country, women are being held against their will and subjected to these torturous conditions as part of an effort to ‘cure’ their homosexuality. Tell the Ecuadoran government to end these brutal human rights violations by shutting down the clinics where this is taking place.
