Video of Google CEO Schmidt discussing Google Clean Energy 2030

Schmidt discussed, among other things, the Google Clean Energy 2030 plan, which calls for a complete transformation of our nation’s energy policy in order to get off of fossil fuels by 2030.
Schmidt has been in the news even more than usual lately, due to his position on President-elect Obama’s transition team.
Money quote: “When you do the math you discover that doing the right thing [for the environment] is [also] the right thing for business.”

the world can change. we as a human race need to get motivated, stay motivated and move on a unified front. I am the creator of the green cartoon character, Jurdy, who is a new spokes-being for green… who offers comic relief to keep everyone motivated and engaged about this critical topic. We need to effectively reach the masses and all the corners of their individual homes where green isn’t just a word, it’s a mindset… forever. I would like to work with google with Jurdy.
