An op-ed in the Fort Worth Business Press today argued in favor of a Texas high speed rail system.  This proposed high speed system is being referred to as the T-Bone Corridor due to the shape it would form by linking the metropolitan areas of Dallas-Fort Worth, San Antonio, and Houston.

The writer, who is the secretary of the Texas High Speed Rail and Transportation Corporation, notes, “This is by no means a case of ‘build it and they will come.’ Today’s crowded skies and roads provide ample evidence that ‘they’ are already here.”
