Demand Justice for Donkey Killed by Bulldozer

Target: Vikas S. Bhale, District Magistrate of Churu

Goal: Take legal action against official for the brutal killing of an innocent donkey

In Churu, India a donkey was brutally killed by way of a bulldozer for fear of the animal having rabies. This unnecessary and cruel act was ordered by Govind Mhansariya, Chair of Nagar Parishad, Churu district. Please urge Vikas S. Bhale, the district magistrate of Churu to take action against this officer for this illegal and inhumane act.

A donkey was seen wandering the streets and investigating a dead dog in the district of Churu, India. Onlookers mistakenly believed the donkey must be rabid, rather than starving to death, since he was picking at the dog corpse even though this is by no way an identification of a rabid donkey. The animal was then ordered to be killed by Govind Mhansariya, Chair of Nagar Parishad, Churu district. The poor, defenseless donkey was then pushed and pulled around numerous times before ultimately being bulldozed to the ground, causing it to suffer a prolonged and agonizing death.

Torturing an animal is illegal and punishable by law in India since 1960 when animal cruelty laws were established. The laws also require proper veterinary care and if deemed necessary, the humane euthanasia of animals found to be suffering or ill. Please urge Vikas S. Bhale, the District Magistrate of Churu, to bring legal action against Govind Mhansariya for ordering the cruel and barbaric killing of this donkey.

PETITION LETTER

Dear Vikas S. Bhale,

I was horrified to learn that a donkey was cruelly killed by way of a bulldozer on order of Govind Mhansariya, chair of Nagar Parishad, Churu district. This donkey was seen picking at a dead dog and mistakenly assumed to be rabid. Please bring legal action against this officer for the unnecessary and brutal killing of this innocent creature.

A donkey was seen wandering the Churu district of India and onlookers believed the donkey might be rabid when he was seen investigating a dead dog. This is by no means an indication of a rabid animal; rather a starving, desperate donkey as he appears to be in the news footage of the innocent. This donkey was then tossed and shoved around before being bulldozed to death on the order of  Govind Mhansariya, chair of Nagar Parishad, Churu district. Besides being absurdly brutal, this act is actually illegal under India’s Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act established in 1960 and is punishable by law.

The senseless killing of this donkey is unacceptable. Killing a donkey by means of a bulldozer does not fall under the humane management methods outlined by Inida’s Ainmal Cruelty laws. We urge you to bring legal action against Govind Mhansariya for his heinous crime.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

The human race is becoming more and more violent and barbaric! They have very little compassion for God’s sweet creatures! It’s very sad to see what we have become! This person should be made to pay the consequences of such a brutal act!

  8. Do you really think the Indian government would “waste” their time on donkeys while their people are being robbed, cheated, raped and starved to death? They have too many animals (and people) they couldn’t care less what happens to them.

  9. Sharon Kennedy says:

Christ was very fond of donkeys and one day every nation that opposes God’s laws of compassion will fall to His sword of justice come the showdown at Armageddon.
