Demand Justice for Dog Kicked to Death

Target: Honorable Judge K. Robichaud

Goal: Assign the maximum jail sentence to man who kicked his mother-in-law’s dog to death.

Mr. Christopher Rambone of Rensselear, NY is scheduled to appear before a Grand Jury on July 25th, 2012. Twenty-three-year-old Rambone is being accused of killing Rudy, a ten-year-old Beagle mix. The dog belonged to Rambone’s mother-in-law. Rambone reportedly kicked Rudy to death on May 24, 2012, after the dog bit his two-year-old son.

Rambone was arrested and charged with one count of aggravated animal cruelty and fourth-degree criminal mischief after a two-week investigation into the case. Under NY law, aggravated animal cruelty is a felony.

This is not the first time Rambone has been arrested for violent crimes against animals. In May of 2009, Rambone was charged with aggravated animal cruelty after he shot and killed a puppy for having an accident indoors. He plead guilty to the charge of unjustified killing of an animal and was sentenced to 60 days in jail and 3 years probation. If found guilty again on the 25th, Mr. Rambone faces up to four years in prison.

By signing this petition, you are asking that Christopher Rambone be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. It’s very unfortunate that a young child was hurt, but kicking Rudy to death was not the right way to handle the situation. Mr. Rambone has already shown violent tendencies towards animals once before when he killed a puppy for something as insignificant as going to the bathroom indoors. Two dogs dying by Mr. Rambone’s hands are more than enough. Mr.Rambone is a violent man and that violence could prove dangerous again in the future if not addressed now.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Honorable Judge K. Robichaud,

Mr. Christopher Rambone is scheduled to appear before you in court on July 25th, 2012. He stands accused of kicking to death his mother-in-law’s 10-year-old beagle mix, Rudy, after the dog reportedly bit Rambone’s son. It’s very unfortunate that a young child child was injured, but kicking Rudy to death was not an appropriate way for Rambone to handle the situation.

This is not the first time Rambone has been arrested for violent acts against animals. As you probably already know, in 2009 he plead guilty to charges of unjustified killing of an animal after he shot and killed a young puppy that had an accident inside his home. The deaths of both the puppy and Rudy were uncalled for and show extreme tendencies towards violence on Mr. Rambone’s part. How many more animals will have to die before Rambone is taught a lesson? Mr.Rambone is a violent man and, if not addressed now, that violence could prove dangerous again in the future. Please consider prosecuting him to the fullest extent of the law for the death of Rudy. Thank you.

Sincerely,

I would be very worried about what could happen to his 2 year old if he ever got mad with him

  2. R. Hampton says:

and this is just the two dogs that we are aware of. scum like this have many more skeletons in their closet. I really hope he is penalized to the fullest extent of the law.

  3. Disgusting excuse for a human being, I would like to admister Lethal injection

  4. How many kicks did this animal have to endure before it met its violent death? Four years is not enough. His bad history speaks for itself. This man is sick and violent.
Abuse is part of the way he deals with anything that displeases him.

  5. Daniela Bress says:

Death penalty for all „fun“-murderers regardless of wether their victims have two or four legs, fur, skin or feathers – the unsolvable and not treatable problem is their pleasure in tormenting and killing, such people even have more fun with human victims; the only reason why some of them just take animals for their pleasure is their fear of a prison sentence.
